Any existing discount you have will be carried over onto the new pricing, subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.

Sage Accounting

The new pricing for Sage Accounting, also known as Sage Business Cloud (SBCA), as of 1 September 2025 is listed in the table.

To help you champion small businesses and guide their financial processes, we’ve made many enhancements to your Sage Accounting plans, including the ability to add on Sage Copilot*, your productivity assistant.

Sage Payroll (SBCP)

The new pricing for tiered Sage Payroll (SBCP) as of 1 September 2025 is listed in the table. If you pay for employees on a per employee per month basis (PEPM), there is no change to your pricing.

Network

On 1 September 2025, price will increase by 8% across all plans and subscriptions.

This is to uphold services that help you stay compliant and simplify the way you work with clients.

Here’s a reminder of recent improvements to Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll. If you aren't already taking advantage of these, please contact us so we can help you:

Sage 50 Accounts

In V31, V31.1 and V32, updates included:

  • Bank feed improvements 
  • AI report finder
  • 64-bit compatibility  
  • Bank feeds rules/approvals enhancements
  • Bank feeds manual statement import
  • Bank feeds rules restore
  • Restore into Practice data

Sage 50 Payroll

All enhancements are compliance focussed to ensure Sage 50 Payroll remains best placed to support your payroll needs:

  • In V3O, we created a NIC planning report to support planning for the significant NIC changes that came in for the 2025/26 tax year.
  • V31 PYE has all the legislation required for the 2025/2026 tax year.
  • Salary sacrifice NIC savings calculator added to automatically assign Employer NIC savings as extra Employer Pension contributions.

AutoEntry

The new pricing for AutoEntry as of 1 September 2025 is listed in the table.

Over the past year, we’ve enhanced your AutoEntry experience. We’ve reduced the time it takes for documents to move to your inbox, supercharged our mobile apps, and increased the number of images you can upload in one go—all so you can work more efficiently.

If you are not on a standard price plan, your custom package monthly price will increase by 10%.

Futrli

The new pricing for Futrli as of 1 September 2025 is listed in the table.  

Futrli users benefited from a variety of new features this year, including Excel uploads, which allows you to simply and efficiently upload organisational data for reporting and forecasting requirements. In addition, multi-currency consolidations are now a breeze, as you can merge multiple entities across a range of currencies in minutes.

GoProposal

The new pricing for GoProposal, plus OverSuite  and  Anti Money Laundering (AML)  attachments, as of  1 September 2025 are listed in the tables.

GoProposal has made a number improvements this year, focusing on enhanced stability, fewer bugs, and improving the user experience. Key feature updates include a “failed invoice notification,” a more reliable proposal creation process, and improved integrations with Karbon, Xero, and QuickBooks. A new global price increase feature simplifies bulk pricing updates.

OverSuite continues to enrich it's engagement letters offering with new service and updated service schedules

Anti Money Laundering has been upgraded for a smoother client risk assessment and verification process.
