A highly accomplished and strategic business leader, Damon joins Sage from Adobe, where he spearheaded transformational growth across the APAC region. With a career spanning senior commercial leadership roles in software, digital media, and technology, Damon brings with him a powerful blend of strategic creativity, commercial agility, and deep regional expertise that will be instrumental in accelerating Sage’s momentum across Asia Pacific.
As General Manager, Damon will lead Sage’s go-to-market teams across APAC, collaborating closely with business functions including marketing, customer service, finance and people to drive integrated regional growth. His focus will be on increasing market share, deepening customer and partner relationships, and championing innovation to meet the evolving needs of businesses across the region.
