Growth through acquisition requires more than QuickBooks

On a fast growth trajectory with more acquisitions planned - and already operating multiple facilities - Banyan Treatment Centers’ CFO was finding it difficult to manage the different entities using just QuickBooks. He wanted a smart accounting solution that was cloud-based, that could handle consolidated reporting and easily allow detailed drilldowns into the figures in real-time.

Time savings and efficient ways of working boost morale

Since switching to Sage Intacct the Banyan finance team are saving a lot of time through the automation of basic every day accounting tasks that Sage Intacct makes a breeze, with Sean saying they have shaved between five and 10 days off the monthly close. The morale in his department has also become much stronger as the finance team play a more significant role and feel valued.
