Acquisition puts strain on the accounting team

Lutheran SeniorLife has expanded significantly over the years, with the nonprofit having acquired a number of complementary organizations, each of which used different accounting systems. With this increasing complexity, the organization's chart of accounts and financial processes were getting out of hand.
