Teens in AI

The Teens in AI initiative, launched at the AI for Good Global Summit at the UN in May 2018, aims to inspire the next generation of ethical artificial intelligence researchers, entrepreneurs, and leaders who will shape the world of tomorrow. The goal is to give young people early exposure to AI that is developed and deployed for social good.

FIRST® LEGO® League

FIRST® LEGO® League is a global STEM programme delivered by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in the UK and Ireland. Engaging young people aged 4–16, the initiative uses LEGO® to explore real-world challenges while developing skills in coding, creativity, and critical thinking. Our support helps train teachers, equip schools, and reach students in underserved communities.

Newcastle Rugby Foundation

We have partnered with Newcastle Rugby Foundation and Sportable to deliver Tackling Insights. This STEM education programme uses rugby to inspire young people and educators through hands-on activities and AI-powered Smart Ball technology. Students explore data, coding, and teamwork while educators can pursue professional development opportunities.

Newcastle United Foundation

We support Newcastle United Foundation through the NU Futures programme with technology donations, immersive VR experiences, and career support. Highlights like the annual STEM event at St James’ Park, Sage-led workshops, and apprenticeship opportunities provide the younger generation with the skills, confidence, and connections needed to thrive in work and life.
