The nonprofit mental health service provider which offers ‘hope and healing’ to the people of Missouri uses Sage software to yield efficiencies and improve its service.

On-premise solution proves inflexible

Tri-County Mental Health was using a server-based system that was on premise. The system couldn’t provide the team with the modern capabilities it needed to improve its services - for example, users weren’t able to access the system remotely or provide workflows internally.

Previously, we were spending time making multiple spreadsheets in Excel - it resulted in a lot of duplication.

Process improvements

Tri-County Mental Health chose Sage Intacct due to the flexibility of the system. The switch has enabled it to make several improvements on multiple processes. The biggest change has been in the journal entry process. Now, with Sage Intacct, they can scan that information directly into the journal entry and by one click of the button, it's posted in the system.

Being HIPAA compliant was another huge selling point and one of the reasons we selected Sage Intacct.

One-click reporting

The dashboards in Sage Intacct have been extremely helpful to the organization; if there is a question that a manager needs answering, the Tri-County finance team can produce the exact information with just a few clicks of a button. And it’s almost in real time.

Our CEO will come to my office and want to just look at stuff and we drill down into the reports. He's just amazed at how easy it is.
