Get help on the Community Hub

While technical support is not included with educational versions of Sage software, you can always find the answers you're looking for any time online at Community Hub.

  1. In some cases, emails will be sent to either your junk folder or blocked by your firewall. Please check your junk folder for your keys if you do not receive an email more than 48 hours after submitting your registration form.
  2. Do not download any product updates for the student or education version. Downloading updates will cause the student version to no longer be compatible and students will not be able to transfer data between the education version and the student version they use at home.
  3. While some learning resources are free, Sage Certification and advanced online courses require a fee. Visit Sage University for pricing information.
