Students who are not enrolled in a course at one of our Sage Education Partner institutions are encouraged to explore Sage University, where they can access official Sage training, learning resources and certification.
The student cloud version provides hands-on access to core accounting features, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, cash management, and reporting tools.
Your instructor will invite you to access the student version through their Sage Accounting account.
The student version mirrors the desktop features of Sage 50 – Canadian Edition Premium.
Click below to register for your Sage 50 student version. Once approved, you will receive an email from Sage with your activation registration code.

The student desktop version gives learners hands-on access to key accounting features, including Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable), as well as Distribution (Order Entry, Purchase Orders, Inventory Control) and Project & Job Costing.
