Julia Jahn looks after global employee experience at an award-winning creative agency. Her expertise has evolved to focus on the growth, inclusivity, and empowerment of individuals and teams within organisations.
After nearly a decade working on globally recognised brands (Sony, PlayStation, Xbox, Coca-Cola, Red Bull, Audi), managing senior clients and steering award-winning creative campaigns, she shifted gears to focus on the people behind the work. In 2013, she built the role of director of culture and wellness. The success of this work inspired a move to a more global program under employee experience across 30 studios worldwide.
Her impact is felt from coaching all levels of talent to designing large-scale events and programs to fostering a wide range of communities. She also advises on culture, diversity, equity and inclusion efforts and is a trained life coach and yoga teacher.
She believes that work can be more connected, meaningful, and joyful by inspiring people to bring their whole selves to work.
