How long is my Sage 50c trial?
Once you activate your free trial of Sage 50c you will be able to enter data into and use the accounting software for 30 days completely free of charge.
At the end of the 30 days, or at any point during the trial, to retain your data and continue using your software you will need to call our dedicated team on 0191-479-5955 to upgrade to the full version.

Is this an online or desktop trial?
The trial is a single user, single company version of Sage 50c Accounts Software that is intended for desktop use only.

What happens after I sign up to the 30-day Free Trial?
Once you've completed sign up, you'll receive a confirmation email that will contain everything you need to get started, including:
- A one-time link to download Sage 50cloud
- Your account and serial number as well as your activation key, which you'll need to activate your trial
- Online support via the Sage Help Centre to guide you through your install and get started with the software.

How do I activate my 30-day Free Trial?
You will be prompted to enter a serial number and activation key when opening Sage 50cloud for the first time following your install. You serial number and activation key are available in the confirmation email you received when you signed up.

No, the trial is currently available on a one trial per person basis.

I am an existing Sage 50 Accounts customer- why am I unable to take a free trial of Sage 50cloud?
Sage 50cloud is the latest version of Sage 50 Accounts. Taking a trial of the latest version could cause problems for any versions of Sage 50 Accounts Software you currently have installed, so it's not something that we would recommend to our existing Sage 50 Accounts.

What happens once my 30-day Free Trial is complete?
At the end of your trial period you will be asked to enter a full activation key in order to retain your data and to be able to continue to use the software.
To obtain this key you will need to purchase the full version of the software, which you can do by calling 0191-479-5955. Our team of specialists will be able to provide your activation key over the phone ensuring there are no delays in getting you back up and running.
