As part of our Voice of Customer series, we spoke with Mark Chapman, Director of Tax Communications for H&R Block, about the challenges H&R Block has faced during the COVID-19 outbreak.
With over 470 locations across the nation, H&R Block is Australia’s leading tax services company. It employs over 2,000 tax consultants and prepares over 750,000 tax returns annually.
“COVID-19 has had a significant impact on our business,” says Mark.
“We’ve had to deal with a real spike in interest in our services, because people have been presented with all these different government stimulus packages.”
“It’s been a very steep learning curve for us, because none of these packages existed a few weeks ago.”
Watch our video to discover how H&R Block has adapted to the current environment to guide its clients through the government stimulus packages and learn Mark’s advice for businesses leveraging these packages.
