Leading IT consultancy Certus Technology Group acquires experienced Sage solutions provider Ensphere Consulting in £2 million deal
London, 05 March 2015: Certus Technology Group has announced the acquisition of Sage Business Partner Ensphere Consulting as it extends the services available to its clients to cover software solutions from Sage.
The £2 million deal reaffirms Certus TG’s commitment to Sage ERP X3, as the expanded company will exclusively offer Sage’s industry-leading solution for ERP. Sage’s ERP X3 offers ideal solutions to Certus TG’s clients, integrating business processes into one powerful system. Its easy to use interface and cost effectiveness offer businesses a complete view of their customers and business in real time, empowering them to respond effectively and efficiently.
Certus TG is one of Wales’ fastest-growing technology consultancies, with a turnover of £4 million for the last financial year. It provides more than 120 clients across the UK with infrastructure and services ranging from managed IT support and security to advanced storage solutions, cloud services and desktop virtualisation.
Ensphere Consulting, which has a turnover of £2.8 million, uses state-of-the-art Sage enterprise software to support approximately 90 clients across the UK. Ensphere’s technical expertise allows it to assess how clients operate and then identify IT solutions to improve operations, saving them time and money.
