Sage named one of France’s best employers by Capital magazine

Sage, the market leader in cloud-based business management solutions, has been recognised amongst the best employers in France.

Paris Atrium, La Défense, 08 February 2021: Sage, the market leader in cloud-based business management solutions, has been recognised amongst the best employers in France. Sage was ranked 12th in a list of 500 drawn up by Capital magazine and published on 1 February 2021.

The recognition follows Glassdoor’s announcement in January that Sage was amongst the best places to work across four countries including France where it was ranked 7th, based on reviews by current and former employees.

Employee engagement and well-being is a core strand of Sage’s business strategy, and the company also has a strong focus on supporting the communities in which it operates.

The company recently announced the appointment of two new senior management positions at Group level: Vice-President Diversity & Inclusion and Vice-President Culture and Well-being.

Its commitment to ‘do the right thing’ has guided its actions during the current pandemic –strengthening resources to support teleworking, giving colleagues access to mindfulness apps and setting up employee support groups.

In recognition of colleague’s commitment to customers and each other over this period, Sage has also offered three days Wellbeing to all employees, in addition to their annual holiday allowance, to allow them to rest and recharge their batteries.

The month of January was devoted to well-being at Sage, with a programme of culinary, sporting, fun and team activities promoted to encourage employees to take time for relaxation and wellbeing.

The Sage Foundation continues to be the cornerstone of the company’s actions in favour of a responsible commitment to communities. Among the many programs in place, employees are currently competing in teams in a virtual race to raise as much money as possible to be donated to the association of their choice.
