Kelli is the co-founder and CEO of the independent audiobook platform, xigxag. Having started her eclectic career as a US Army officer in Germany and Bosnia, she later earned her MBA from Harvard and joined McKinsey & Company, advising consumer technology clients. She then moved to sustainable print startup Gelato as COO.
Kelli and her co-founder Mark Chaplin launched xigxag in 2020 after observing that audiobooks hadn’t really been innovated in decades, and customers were being neglected by the big tech providers. Now for the first time, audiobook readers can see integrated illustrations via their proprietary “listen and read” x-book™. xigxag is now a certified B Corp™ in recognition of their accessible and sustainable ambitions in digital reading.
