Matthew Kibby

Matthew leads Sage’s Enterprise Business in Africa and the Middle East, and is responsible for growing and transforming the business across the region. With a 30-year career in the IT industry, Matthew brings strong experience in enterprise software sales, channel development, and business development to his role.

He joined Sage in early 2018 from VMware, where he was Regional Director, sub-Saharan Africa. Matthew was the Senior Director, Technology Sales, and a member of the executive committee at Oracle South Africa prior to joining VMware. Between 2002 and 2015, Matthew held a range of positions at Oracle South Africa, after accepting an initial position as Senior Account Manager: Financial Services.
