Vice President: Customer for Life at Sage Africa & Middle East
Michelle leads Sage’s Customer for Life division across Africa and the Middle East. She is passionate about customer success and is responsible for driving long-term customer engagement and retention. She holds full strategic and revenue accountability for retention sales and sits on Sage’s Africa and Middle East Executive Committee. She is also a keen promoter of women in tech and a nominated representative on Sage’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Council.
Michelle joined Sage in her present role in December 2017. Prior to Sage, she spent 15 years at Oracle, holding various leadership roles in license management and customer success. At Oracle, Michelle worked extensively across the Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East, and Africa region and concluded her tenure as Senior Director for SaaS Customer Success. Michelle has also held roles at Omnia Holdings and Randstad and worked in the UK between 2002 and 2004.
Her experience and expertise spans business transformation, global leadership, sales, and customer engagement.
She holds an Honours Degree in Business Science from the University of Cape Town and is a qualified Integral & Performance Coach.
