Director of Cyber Security Engagement and Awareness
Sophia leads the Sage insider risk and security awareness and engagement programme for its 11,000 employees and external audiences. Sophia joined Sage in April 2020, after over a decade in central government in the House of Commons and the Cabinet Office.
A big believer in human-centric security and cyber education, she is champions making security teams care about people and culture. Passionate about access, equitable recruitment and inclusion in cyber security and through external collaborations, partnerships and activism in this space, Sophia focuses on inclusion as the foundation for addressing many of these issues within Sage and the cyber industry.
