As part of our Voice of Customer series, we spoke with Adam Gibson, NSW State Manager for Whitelion, about the challenges Whitelion has faced during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Whitelion is a not-for-profit organisation that supports at risk young Australians. The organisation believes in a world where no young person is left behind and helps make this a reality by supporting them with mentoring and employment programs.
“The COVID-19 process has been really challenging,” says Adam.
“I was faced with the threat of an operation that was closed. There was nothing we could do, no service we could provide.”
“Pressure creates diamonds, doesn’t it? So what we did was transition to an online sales model.”
