Implementing a new ERP system to take the business to the next level
As the business expanded and diversified, different and disparate systems were implemented to manage a range of functions including accounting and finance, winemaking and manufacturing, inventory control and sales. This meant the business struggled to get a complete and accurate view of what was happening across the business at any point in time.

Toasting a successful partnership
