Implementing a new ERP system to take the business to the next level
As the business expanded and diversified, different and disparate systems were implemented to manage a range of functions including accounting and finance, winemaking and manufacturing, inventory control and sales. This meant the business struggled to get a complete and accurate view of what was happening across the business at any point in time.
We wanted a single ERP platform to facilitate further growth. Sage X3 offered a lot of ‘out-of-the-box’ functionality that required little to no customisation.

Toasting a successful partnership
Sage partner TSG played a critical role in helping DMG move to an integrated ERP system. Rather than transition one entity at a time, 14 entities were moved to Sage X3 simultaneously. Working in partnership with the winemaker, TSG has helped simplify their business and get it set for future growth.
