David Barton-Grimley

David Barton-Grimley leads fintech strategy for 11:FS, a venture development firm that launches new fintech startups for banks globally. For almost 20 years, David has been driving the innovation agenda for Financial Services firms; helping banks dream up new ventures and training the teams who run them. In his view, embedding innovation is the key to staying relevant with customers in a rapidly changing world.

David is also an entrepreneur. He co-founded an advertising agency in Singapore and has launched startups in e-commerce and fashion. He is a mentor on TechNation’s Future50 cohort, a regular speaker on the fintech innovation circuit and a host on the Fintech Insider Podcast.
