1. Promoter

This prize draw is solely brought to you by Sage (UK) Limited, C23 5 & 6 Cobalt Park Way, Cobalt Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE28 9EJ (‘Sage’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’).

2. EFL 

For the purposes of this prize draw, the English Football League Limited (CRN: 80612) (the ‘EFL’) is not the promoter. 

 3. Promotional Material 

This prize draw is subject to these Terms and Conditions, together with any specific instructions and terms for the prize draw which may be provided to you in any electronic messages, on our website or communicated to you in any other way (‘Promotional Material’) — including but not limited to how to enter, opening/closing dates, prize description, winner announcement, and any restrictions. By entering the prize draw, you agree that you will be legally bound by both these Terms and Conditions and any Promotional Material. 

4. Eligibility 

Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. One entry per person. Employees of Sage and their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, are ineligible. We may may require proof of age/eligibility. Any persons found subject to a club banning order or court banning order are not eligible to enter this prize draw. 

5. Opening and Closing Dates 

Entries open at 12:00GMT on 1^st July 2026 and close at 23:59GMT on Sunday 19^th July 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be valid. 

6. How to Enter 

Submit the entry form with required details. No purchase necessary. Internet access is required. Incomplete or illegible entries will be void. 

7. Prize(s)

This prize draw offers the opportunity for one EFL fan per club (72 fans in total) to win:

• two (2) general admission tickets to the first home fixture of the 2026/27 season of their favourite EFL club (subject to availability, any EFL club restrictions, fixture scheduling and the General Admission Ticket Restrictions at Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions). 
• one (1) 2026/27 first team home shirt of their favourite EFL club; and  
• one (1) £50 voucher to the winner’s chosen local business. If such a voucher is unavailable or cannot reasonably be procured, Sage reserves the right to provide a £50 cash alternative 

8. General Admission Ticket Restrictions 

• The two (2) general admission tickets are for a single EFL league fixture in the home supporter stands. 
• Playoffs, away game tickets and tickets for supporters of the away team are not available. 
• The winner and their guests must be supporters of the home supporter EFL club. 
• The winner of the general admission tickets (and their guests) are not permitted, by virtue of Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1998 to sell or otherwise dispose of the general admission tickets to any other third party whatsoever, unless agreed by Sage  
• The general admission tickets do not include any other facilities of expenses whatsoever, such as (by way of example and all of which are the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest(s)) the following:
• Ticket collection details will be provided by Sage, once the fixture date has been confirmed. If tickets are collected on the day, tickets may only be collected by the winner. Photographic ID (passport / driving license / national ID card) of the winner and all guests will be required at the point of collection.
• Clubs will be notified of the identity of ticket winners and their guest(s), and databases will be checked against any Club Banning Orders, as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a Court Banning Order. Any persons found subject to a club or court banning order are not eligible to enter this competition or claim the prize. If a winner’s guest(s) is subject to a club banning order or court banning order then they are not eligible for the prize, and the winner will need to identify a different guest(s).
• No guarantees can be given that any fixture will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The EFL reserves the right to reschedule any fixture without notice and without any liability whatsoever.
• Entrants acknowledge and agree that the ability to receive the prize may be prevented, limited or interfered with by unforeseen events outside of the reasonable control of Sage, EFL, EFL club and/or venue, which may result in (amongst other things) fixtures being postponed, cancelled, played behind closed doors, reduced capacity crowds, or entry requirements imposed by a competent authority. Neither Sage, EFL, EFL club or venue shall be liable or responsible if any unforeseen events prevent, limit or interfere with the winner making use of the ticket or attending the fixture and in the event winners cannot make use of ticket(s) to attend any fixture, Sage will determine in its sole discretion whether it will grant an alternative prize.
• Winners and their guest(s) are solely responsible to have all necessary information and documents in order to comply with any requirements relating to entry to the stadium or venue. 
• Winners must also comply with any other policies, guidance and instructions which may be provided to you by the EFL, football club and/or venue as applicable and may be updated from time to time, in relation to attendance at the match or event.
• If a winner and/or their guest(s) have any special accessibility requirements, the winner will need to make Sage aware of this as soon as the winner has won the general admission tickets. In some instances, notice of accessible seating may only be available at short notice. If wheelchair spaces are available, these will be offered on a first-come first -served basis.
• Winners are responsible for the behavior of themselves and their guest(s) whilst taking the Prize.

9. Winner Selection and Notification

We will draw 2x general admission tickets for every EFL club for the first fixture of the 2026/27 EFL season (one pair of tickets per club). We will contact the winners using the contact details provided as soon as we can after the draw has taken place. If a winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, their prize will be deemed to have been forfeited and we reserve the right to award the prize to another valid entry. Our decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into on the matter. The following details are required from each winner and the guests they will attend the single EFL league fixture with: name, date of birth, email address, home address including postcode and supporting EFL club.

10. Disqualification

Your entry (including winning entries) may be disqualified if we have good reason to believe you have broken these Terms and Conditions, or if you (or your selected guest) acts in a way towards Sage, the EFL, the EFL clubs, any of the EFL’s commercial partners, any other person entering the draw or EFL or EFL Club staff, which we reasonably consider to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive.

11. Publicity

By entering, you agree to reasonable publicity if you win (e.g., publication of your name and photograph in winner announcements), without further payment.

12. Personal Data

By entering this prize draw, you agree we may use your personal details and the personal details of your guests (should you win) to administer the prize draw and for any other purposes stated in the Promotional Material and/or these Terms and Conditions. We may also share details with our agents or contractors who help run our marketing and promotional activities. Should you win, you must also bring Sage’s privacy notice to the attention of your guests.

13. Liability 

Any personal data relating to entrants will be kept securely and used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and/or prize fulfillment by the promoter, EFL, clubs playing in the match to which the prize relate and/or by any agent of the promoter or EFL appointed to assist with running the promotion or administering the prize. Further information about the EFL’s use of personal data generally can be found in the EFL privacy notice at https://www.efl.com/efl-privacy-notice you must bring this to the attention of any guest(s) you may nominate. Use of your personal information will not include sending you electronic marketing communications unless you have opted in to receive such communications (and you are free to unsubscribe from these communications at any time in the future). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising in connection with your participation or inability to participate in the prize draw or receipt of the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. For the avoidance of doubt, the EFL and/or any EFL club shall have no liability whatsoever to any entrant and/or subsequent winner or their guest(s) in relation to these Terms and Conditions, and any prize draw referred to within these Terms and Conditions.

14. Changes and Withdrawal

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions and/or the Promotional Material, and/or withdraw the prize draw at any time without notice. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Sage reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control making the prize unavailable. Name changes of guests are not permitted, unless expressly agreed in writing (at the sole discretion of the EFL and/or the EFL club) on a case-by-case basis. 

15. Additional Terms and Conditions

The winner and their guests will be bound by any additional terms and conditions and rules of conduct set out by the EFL, the EFL club, venue host (including training ground, including but not limited to:

• Any third- party terms and conditions that form part of the prize, including but not limited to conditions of the EFL and the relevant football club along with the stadium ground regulations. EFL ground regulations can be found here:

• For any match played at Wembley Stadium the following regulations apply: https://www.wembleystadium.com/plan-your-visit/stadium-guide/rules-and-regulations. 
• Winners will be bound by any additional terms and rules of conduct set out by the relevant football club, venue host or event organiser (EFL) (including, amongst other things any terms of issue associated with tickets, applicable ground regulations and other policies applicable to visitors at the venue or event).
• Sage, EFL and/or event organiser/operator (including EFL clubs) reserves the right to refuse entry and/or require winners and/or their guest(s) to leave the venue or refuse entry should the winner or guest(s) not comply with these Terms and Conditions, any applicable additional terms and conditions, rules or policies, any applicable law or regulation or other reasonable directions of Sage, the EFL, and/or event organiser/operator (including EFL clubs), or because of winners or guest(s) inappropriate behaviour. 
• This is not a promotion of the EFL, any clubs or their respective group companies nor is there any liability or contractual obligation owed to prize winners by the EFL, clubs or respective group companies relating to the operation of this promotion (save only in relation to any applicable conditions of issue for tickets and/or stadium regulations). 
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the winner agrees that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of these terms and conditions.
