New Sage For Accountants customer offer (the "Promotion") Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotions are administered by Sage (UK) LTD whose registered office is at C23 - 5 & 6 Cobalt Park Way Cobalt Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom, NE28 9EJ ("Sage", "we", "us", "our").
  2. Promotions are subject to these terms and conditions, together with any specific instructions and terms for the promotions which may be provided to you in any electronic messages, on our website, or communicated to you in any other way (the "Promotional Material"). If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any Promotional Material, the Promotional Material will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
  3. This promotion is only available to residents based in the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over.
  4. The Promotion is available for six (6) months following initially subscribing to Sage for Accountants, and is for fifty percent (50%) off Sage Business Cloud Accounting & Payroll (the "Product") for twelve (12) payment months (the "Discount").
  5. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for promotions.

  7. This Promotion will commence on 27 May 2025 and shall continue until 30 September 2025 where it will expire automatically without notice.
  8. By taking part in this Promotion, you agree that we may process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
  9. Unless otherwise stated in the Promotional Material, the promotion only applies to the base price and does not apply to additional modules, add-ons or third-party products.
  10. Only one promotion can be used per order unless specified in the Promotional Material.
  11. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and to withdraw any promotion at any time.
  12. Promotions are not available to any of our employees, suppliers or contractors.
  13. Any vouchers we issue as part of a promotion cannot be exchanged for cash.
  14. We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability by you to take advantage of the promotion for any reason.
  15. These rules are governed by the laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts shall apply.
