Sage, the leader in accounting, financial, HR and payroll technology for small and mid-sized businesses, today announces the launch of season 2 of Member Masterclass - its industry-leading talks and articles – to help SMBs boost productivity and navigate challenging times.
The latest season, presented by The DO Lectures, introduces an expert group of speakers who explore how to have a clear mind, focus on what’s important, and let go of “productivity guilt”. It kicks off with a headline talk from productivity guru David Allen who shares his GTD (Getting Things Done ®) methodology, including simple and practical steps people can take to eliminate distraction and focus on the task in hand.
Season 2 will continue with a new talk released every Monday from a variety of speakers, including England women’s cricket captain Heather Knight and Grace Marshall, Coach, Author and productivity ‘ninja’, who will give their own takes on unlocking productivity. More than 20 articles from leading voices on productivity will also become available over the next three months.
Cath Keers, Chief Marketing Officer, Sage said: “We hear from customers every day that running a business is really tough. And while we know they are resilient, we also want to provide SMBs with the support to survive and grow their business through difficult times.
“That’s why season 2 of Member Masterclass focuses on productivity. By giving people practical tools and advice on unlocking productivity, we believe it will allow them to focus more on the things that will really make a difference to their business.”
David Allen added: “Over the years, I’ve said the phrase ‘your head is a terrible office’ many times, mainly because it’s true.
“Through my talk, I hope to inspire Sage customers to avoid distraction and be present to focus on the task in hand. By becoming more productive, they will be able to free up precious time to spend on the most important elements of running and growing their business.”
This new content follows the successful first season of Member Masterclass, which launched in May this year. It delivered insights and advice on how to find and keep great people, from experts such as Michael Acton Smith, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Calm, Khalilah Olokunola, Chief People Officer at TRU Colors, and Charlie Gladstone, Author and Creative Entrepreneur.
Member Masterclass forms an important part of Sage Membership – an exclusive community of Sage customers, partners and colleagues, going beyond software solutions to provide SMBs with expert advice and support.
