Bank Feed Status

HSBC - We are aware of an issue with HSBC feeds causing you to be prompted to reauthenticate the feed immediately after bank login details are entered and no transactions are provided. We are working with our bank feed service providers to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

To resolve this you can disconnect your bank feed and upon reconnection enter a date in the last 90 days when prompted to enter date you would like to retrieve transactions from. If you have any transactions in the bank feed, when you disconnect the feed these transactions will be lost. Please export these transactions prior to following the disconnection and reconnection process, to do this view the guide linked here.

If your feed is impacted and you require transactions for more than 90 days, you can wait for the issue to be resolved or import a bank statement manually following the steps on our guide here if you are using Sage Business Cloud.
