Ambassador Cruise Line launched in 2021 with 35 staff members which grew to over 80.

It started out using free software from a bank, but HR manager Debbee wanted to streamline and enhance the HR management of Ambassador’s permanent staff, to track and account for these, and to manage shift scheduling and annual leave admin. That’s where Sage HR comes in.
