Keeping up with rapid growth

Home appliances supplier L W Cole has recently grown so rapidly, it was clear its financial management processes needed an overhaul to keep up. Its on-premise legacy system would take up to 40 minutes just to run a report, and even longer to create custom reports. It needed a way to save time and increase accessibility and data insights.

Being cloud-based and customisable with a flexible API, it seamlessly integrated with the old system, reducing risk and time to implement.

Operational work is processed on a bespoke business system, and needs to be pushed across easily to the new solution. Sage Intacct’s API enabled this integration to happen from the get-go.

Accelerated productivity and enhanced reporting

Since go-live with Intacct, L W Cole has accelerated time to close from four days to just a single day. The Tag feature has improved accounts payable inputting by 36%, and an entire day every month is saved by automating report generation. Before Intacct, the financial outlook had to wait until the end of the month. Now, financial insights and projections can be generated at any given moment.

I genuinely think Sage Intacct is the best finance software I’ve ever used. The depth and power of the reporting make it a stand out system.
