Osprey used manual processes alongside Sage 50, but as it grew, this was not meeting the needs of this multi-faceted, multi-site business. They needed a robust, streamlined and automated cloud solution to keep pace, from disbursement accounts for the port’s services side of the business, to project accounting for the logistics side. The firm decided to deploy Sage Intacct.

Improved financial visibility was an immediate benefit; before Sage Intacct, it was hard even for upper management to access information quickly due to the processes involved. With Sage Intacct, any approved user can get the information they need in the format they require. Remote access was another gain, and Sage Intacct allowed Osprey to set up a new purchase order system.
Because of Sage Intacct, we now have visibility early and can plan for that cost well ahead of when payment is due.
