Finding the secret to running a leaner finance process

Founded in 2008, Spyre Group has grown from a family business into a successful development group with multiple entities, stakeholders, and investors. After outgrowing their legacy system, Spyre Group needed a new financial management platform to bring together consolidated reporting and manage multiple large project budgets, helping to control costs and reduce financial risk.

We needed to break down the silos between 14 entities, improve visibility for cost control and reduce the ‘death-by-spreadsheet’ consolidation for monthly or ad hoc reporting.
