Six hotels and no centralised system

As RAD Hotel Group expanded, it was proving challenging to process multiple invoices from separate systems. Various teams from the six individual hotels all needed access to these invoices, but without a centralised system in place this was impossible.

We had become a £20m turnover business, and the level of drilling down that we needed to do wasn’t sustainable using our existing systems and processes.

Sage 200 Professional has given RAD Hotel Group the centralisation it so desperately needed, along with plenty of customisation to make it fit their specific business needs. At the same time, Sage certified PaperLess Document Management software offers RAD Hotel a central repository for staff across all six hotels to send and retrieve invoices.

It was a no-brainer to implement PaperLess alongside Sage 200; what we didn’t realise was just how much more Sage 200 and PaperLess combined could do for us.
