To cancel your account

  1. On the main toolbar, hover over your business name and then click Manage Business.
  2. Click Subscriptions & Invoices, and then Manage My Subscription.
  3. Click Manage Subscription, and then Cancel Subscription.
  4. Click Other Cancellation Options, and then Cancel Subscription.

Find the answer to your questions about cancelling your subscription.
If you decide to cancel your account, your subscription will remain active until your next billing date with no further payment to be made as long as you cancel at least 5 working days before your next billing date.

If you are using a different Sage product (e.g., Sage 50, Sage 200, or Sage Business Cloud X3) and wish to cancel, please follow these instructions based on your location:

  • UK customers: Contact your dedicated support team through the Get in Touch page
  • South Africa customers: Follow this link for your local support
  • North America customers: Follow this link to access your local support
Your solution is billed monthly, on the same date each month and covers your service until your billing date the following month.

If you decide to cancel your account, your subscription will remain active until your next billing date with no further payment to be made as long as you cancel at least 5 working days before your next billing date. To access your invoices, follow the help guide here.

You will no longer have access to your data through your Sage solution after your subscription expiry date.
