If you want to cancel your subscription to Sage Business Cloud Accounting or Sage Business Cloud Payroll you can do so at any time.

Some points to note:

  • You will no longer have access to your data through your Sage solution after your subscription expiry date.
  • Before cancelling your subscription, we recommend printing any information you might need, such as your balance sheets, profit and loss report and trial balance.
  • When in the month you cancel, will determine when your final payment is taken, please read Your Final Payment section below for more details.

How to cancel

Webchat and phone lines are available Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00, but you can submit a cancellation form at any time. Please note – cancelling using this form takes up to 5 working days and webchat is the fastest way to discuss your subscription.

Your final payment

Your solution is billed monthly, on the same date each month and covers your service until your billing date the following month. You can see your billing dates on your latest invoice which you can access through My Sage.

If you decide to cancel your account, your subscription will remain active until your next billing date with no further payment to be made as long as you cancel at least 5 working days before your next billing date.
