Cancel your Sage Business Cloud Accounting or Payroll subscription

Please note that this article is specifically for Sage Business Cloud Accounting and Sage Business Cloud Payroll customers. If you are using another Sage product such as Sage 50 and need assistance with cancellation, please see the ‘Cancel other Sage Products’ section.

Sorry to see you go. You can cancel your subscription to Sage Business Cloud Accounting or Sage Business Cloud Payroll at any time.

Some points to note:
  • You will no longer have access to your data through your Sage solution after your subscription expiry date.
  • Before cancelling your subscription, we recommend printing any information you might need, such as your balance sheets, profit and loss report and trial balance.
  • When in the month you cancel, will determine when your final payment is taken, please read Your Final Payment section below for more details.

If you are using a different Sage product (e.g., Sage 50, Sage 200, or Sage Business Cloud X3) and wish to cancel, please follow these instructions based on your location:

How to cancel your Sage Business Cloud subscription

Your final payment

Your solution is billed monthly, on the same date each month and covers your service until your billing date the following month.

If you decide to cancel your account, your subscription will remain active until your next billing date with no further payment to be made as long as you cancel at least 5 working days before your next billing date. To access your invoices, follow the help guide here.
