Prior to implementing Sage People, onboarding a new employee took almost two hours to set up on the system from a tech perspective. With over 100 hires each month, that equated to around 200 hours of onboarding admin. Now, it takes Tenth Revolution less than 10 minutes and saves the IT team one day a week.

Without Sage People, we would have had to drastically increase our service desk function within the IT operations team just to handle the joiners, movers, and leavers.

Sage People drives Tenth Revolution’s master data strategy and informs everything from its standard KPIs to budgets, targets, and forecasts. 

We know that with Sage People, our data is accurate. Without it, we would only be reaching 70% or 80% accuracy, and that’s just not good enough.
