Jessica Leyshon

Jessica Leyshon writes content for HR and People leaders and is passionate about the changing nature of work today. She focuses on the evolving role of HR and creates content across a range of topics in HR, including people analytics, workforce experiences, automation, compliance, digital transformation and HR agility.

Previously head of digital for the UK Treasury, she has a keen interest in macroeconomics and productivity, and has had work published in the Financial Times, Forbes, and several HR trade publications. Jessica also previously worked as a journalist at The Guardian. Today she’s a keen contributor and speaker at many HR events and webinars.

In her spare time, you’ll find her cooking up a storm in the kitchen or training for her next race. Jessica is also a Girl Guiding leader at her local Guide unit.
