The Times’ Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality
To better understand our people, we’ve recently developed a self-declaration survey. As participation increases, we’ll add disability, neurodiversity, sexual orientation, and social equity questions so we can build a more complete picture of our representation. With this data we can strategically drive change.
*We use the term "historically under-represented racial and ethnic groups" to represent our colleagues from Asian, Black, Hispanic/Latin American, Indigenous/First Persons, Middle Eastern/North African, Multi-Ethnic Groups and other racial and/or ethnic groups. By monitoring our representation levels by each separate identity and aligned to United Nations classifications, it encourages us to challenge systemic biases and work towards a more equitable society for everyone.
