Fay discovered a passion for coaching while in the midst of her former HR career and went on to retrain as a Career & Executive Coach. Having set up Bright Sky in 2016, she is now proud to have supported thousands of people to achieve career success and fulfilment, through the business’s coaching services and podcast.
When not coaching or podcasting, Fay enjoys spending time with her large, sprawling family, devouring good books, and walking her dogs Cookie and Bernie.
