What is Industry 4.0?

Industry 4.0 is a term referring to a ‘fourth industrial revolution’, where innovative trends such as automation, artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things are coming together in manufacturing.

This will lead on to the creation of smart factories that use data from connected operations and production systems to learn and adapt to new demands.
