Sell, Build, and Implement: Sage Primes Partners to Deliver More for Customers

Innovative technology presents greater opportunity for the channel

Atlanta, May 31, 2023 – Sage, the leader in accounting, financial, HR, and payroll technology for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) has readied its global partner ecosystem to deliver more to customers, at its annual event Partner Summit.

The three-day event provided insight into market opportunity, customer-centric product innovation, and guidance on how partners can leverage Sage’s technology solutions to grow their businesses and support their customers, to an audience of over 1,300 partners.

Market opportunity

Today, almost all (84%) business decision-makers feel confident about their company’s future success, with over half intending to increase their investment in tech over the next year. What’s more, with nearly half (47%) of IT Resellers stating that AI and automated services is a revenue stream of most interest to customers today – and they anticipate this will remain the case in 18 months’ time – it showcases the opportunity awaiting partners.

By introducing more products to meet customer’s needs, Sage is creating added potential for partners to expand their portfolios, attract more customers and deliver greater value as they scale their businesses.

“We know that globally customers are gaining confidence and that, coupled with our passionate partners who are gearing up for these demands, is the perfect equation,” said Eduardo Rosini EVP, Partners & Alliances, Sage, speaking at the three-day event. “We are committed to supporting our partners and customers navigate the sometimes complex and ever-changing technology landscape.”

Sage Network brings it together

Pioneering innovation in the AI era, the next evolution of Sage’s digital network, known as Sage Network, seamlessly automates workflows between businesses.

Built on data ethics and principles, Sage Network reflects Sage’s values, by promoting confidence and aiming to be the trusted network for SMBs. Revolutionising the way that businesses transact, the advanced automation offered by Sage Network eliminates the need for manual data processing between companies, thereby enhancing data accessibility to support better decision-making regarding the use of working capital.

Mickey North Rizza Group Vice-President, Enterprise Software IDC, said: “This is the dawn of a new era, a foundational shift into intelligent automation. The multiplied innovation we’re experiencing such as intelligent automation and generative AI will enable people to build on the skills they have, while also completely changing our relationships with data and how we extract value from it. It will impact horizontal and industry applications and use cases. Everything is about to change and no incumbent is safe. We are in a golden era of innovation, and that journey is about to take a very interesting turn.”

Scaling for success

As businesses navigate the digital landscape during tough economic times, the role of cloud technology becomes crucial. It's a key ally in improving efficiency and flexibility. The partnership and continued investment between Sage and its eco-system demonstrates the importance in providing scalable solutions to SMBs globally.

“Sage continues to place our partner eco-system at the core of our strategy, and we will continue to work closely with our Partners to serve more of the market by delivering innovation within our product portfolio, and customer experiences that are unparalleled in the industry, enabling our partners to sell, build and implement more.” said Rosini as he brought the event to a close.
