With 12 nursing homes on separate QuickBooks desktop versions, consolidation was nearly impossible. Vendors and GL accounts didn’t match, reports couldn’t be run at a top level, and analyzing performance across the portfolio was a manual, time-consuming struggle. Since then, we've grown from 2 skilled nursing facilities to 13… we won't need to add many FTEs even as we scale.
