Sage Intacct heats up with a wave of summer awards, ranking #1 in 8 G2 grids

The results of the latest G2 Grid Reports demonstrate our commitment to transform the way people think and work so their organizations can thrive. So much so, that Sage Intacct has remained a consistent G2 leader in customer satisfaction since 2015. One of our key company values focuses on our customers’ success, and we are thrilled the latest G2 results reaffirm our dedication to this value.
Sage Intacct once again earned notable results in the Nonprofit Accounting category winning awards for Leader, Best Usability, Momentum, and Best Relationship. Sage Intacct won the Grid with an overall G2 score of 87 and a satisfaction score of 88. And the results show nonprofit users love Sage Intacct with 94% of reviewers saying our product is going in the right direction and 89% saying they are likely to recommend us to a friend.
We had a strong showing in the Mid-Market Accounting category as well. For this grid, G2 ranked the performance of 39 accounting systems. Sage Intacct outranked every competitor taking the Grid and the Leader award. Customer satisfaction was high—Sage Intacct claimed the #1 position with 93% of reviewers saying our product is heading in the right direction. Our implementation time was also shorter than competitors, allowing Sage Intacct customers to achieve results up to 117% faster.
G2 also named Sage Intacct #1 on the Grid in Revenue Management, earning awards for Leader, Momentum, and Best Relationship. We had the highest satisfaction score at 92 and a momentum grid score in the top 25%, ahead of our competitors.
We did well in the Mid-Market ERP Systems category winning two awards for Leader and Best Usability. Sage Intacct scored 94 in satisfaction and had the fastest implementation time compared with our competitors. A majority (95%) of reviewers believe our product is going in the right direction, and we had the top score in the overall ERP Systems Results Index, which measures our ability to meet customer requirements.
This quarter, our dedication to innovation and the customer experience remains evident as we topped the Usability Index in three categories—ERP Systems, Mid-Market ERP Systems, and Nonprofit Accounting. The criteria for this ranking is determined by ease of use, ease of admin, and the ability to meet customer requirements.
