Apply

Your application will be instantly entered into our system where a recruiter will see it and start learning about you. If you need support applying, reach out to us at [email protected].

Interview

If the recruiter feels you could be a fit, you’ll embark on a series of interviews. This is your chance to learn more about the Pathways programme and help us get to know you better.

Decision

We want you to be successful. If we feel like you’ll achieve that with a Pathways role, we’ll invite you to officially join Sage.
04

Onboarding

Remember what we said about not needing to know it all? Starting during your first month, we’ll support your transition into your new role with ample training to gain customer service skills and knowledge in our products, systems, and collection and billing. We’ll also work with you to make reasonable accommodations for your disability. Day by day, you’ll develop confidence and start acquiring skills you didn’t know you had. During the next 12-months you’ll grow through mentor meetings, coaching, learning and development training, and monthly assessments.

All roles are full-time internships for 12-months.

Absolutely. Right away, you’ll have access to Talent Marketplace, an internal system that uses artificial intelligence to create a path for growth. It also connects you to different parts of the business with options to join project groups or gigs for additional skills. Talent Marketplace puts gaining new experiences easily within reach for all colleagues.

Yes. It’s not uncommon for interns to join the Pathways programme to break into tech. While roles will call for some qualifications, these will be outlined on the job advert. We’ll assess your technical ability as part of the interview process, then develop an onboarding plan to support your transition.

Embrace it ! The Pathways programme is designed for active learning. We want you to always be curious and ask lots of questions. If you’re looking for input from an expert, reach out to your mentor. Or, if you’d rather bounce thoughts off a fellow colleague, your peer mentor or ‘buddy’ as we call them at Sage, is a Teams chat or desk away.
