With at least 1,500 payslips processed each week, HAP mirrored its Sage Payroll functionality alongside its third-party provider to check for anomalies. During integration, HAP had time with a Sage Payroll expert, so everything went smoothly. Now, HAP enjoys greater transparency and capability, and staff like the new, more detailed payslips. They plan to integrate more systems.

By using Sage in-house, HAP has saved countless hours for staff by reducing the time taken to conduct payroll queries, produce P45s and onboard staff. And, HAP is already looking to integrate its other systems into Sage. For example, being able to track annual leave via Sage and show it on payslips would aid HAP’s transparency goals.
