I am an Msc Food Science and Technology student with Cardiff Metropolitan University. I am particularly interested in sustainability in relation to manufacturing businesses. My dissertation covers the sustainability pillars, ethnical considerations, values of food business owners etc., when these businesses are faced with constraints of rising production costs in their ingredients and food formulations. Going forward, I am looking for opportunities as well as supporting initiatives that promotes sustainability. I have started following on twitter also.
