Sage unveils breakthrough partner and AI innovation announcements at Sage Future for Partners

New launches showcase Sage’s acceleration in AI and automation, an open partner ecosystem, and a connected, trusted platform powering high-performance finance.

Barcelona/Orlando - 17 November 2025 – Sage (FTSE: SGE), the leader in accounting, financial, HR and payroll technology for small and mid-sized businesses, has unveiled a wave of strategic product and partner-focused innovations across its Sage Future for Partners events in Barcelona and Orlando.

Bringing together over a thousand partners, ISVs, and ecosystem leaders across both cities, this year’s programme showcased Sage’s acceleration in AI innovation, cloud modernisation, and partner enablement. Across the two events, Sage announced significant updates and releases that demonstrate clear momentum in delivering high-performance finance and connected workflows for small and mid-sized businesses worldwide.

These announcements collectively advance Sage’s strategy to deliver connected, AI-first accounting and finance capabilities on the Sage Platform - a unified foundation that connects applications, data, workflows, and AI services. For partners, the updates unlock new integration opportunities and faster time to value. For customers, they provide greater automation, accuracy, transparency and trust across mission-critical financial processes.

Key announcements from Sage Future for Partners

  • Sage Intacct Finance Intelligence Agent: The Finance Intelligence Agent represents the next evolution in Sage’s agentic AI strategy. Acting as an intelligence layer across Sage Intacct, routing natural language questions to the right AI Agents, coordinating responses, and generating insights in seconds - removing the need for manual analysis and reports.

  • The Sage X3 Cloud: Sage introduced the first Early Access wave of the Sage X3 Cloud. The update includes new Sage Copilot use cases and a roadmap of Agentic AI capabilities arriving in early 2026 - modernising operations for midsized manufacturers and distributors and reinforcing Sage’s platform strategy.

  • Sage AI Developer Solutions: A new set of capabilities that give developers expanded access to Sage’s AI models and platform services, starting with Intacct. The programme strengthens Sage’s ecosystem by enabling partners and ISVs to build AI-powered extensions more quickly and securely.

  • Sage Partner Portal: New automated onboarding workflows designed for Sage Active partners were showcased, launching first in France and Spain ahead of wider rollout in 2026. The enhancements streamline customer setup and improve partner experience, reinforcing Sage’s commitment to partner-first design.

  • Sage & Sovos Partnership: Sage announced a new global collaboration with Sovos to simplify e-invoicing and tax compliance for SMBs. The partnership embeds Sovos capabilities into Sage products, helping customers reduce compliance risk, stay aligned to fast-moving regulations, and accelerate cash flow.

  • Sage AI Trust Label: Demonstrating Sage’s leadership in explainability, auditability, and data transparency for finance teams adopting AI, the AI Trust label is now live in Sage Intacct in the US and UK

  • Sage Intacct 2025 Release 4: The latest Sage Intacct release introduced new workflow, reporting, AI, and industry enhancements, strengthening Sage Intacct’s position as a best-in-class modern financial management platform.
