Aadil is the marketing director APAC at HackerRank. His previous role was as outbound hiring evangelist at Belong, having had a proven background in helping companies bring onboard their most valuable asset: their people.

As part of his previous role, Aadil consulted enterprise talent leaders to build innovative capabilities to help achieve their strategic talent goals: from talent discovery, engagement and branding strategies to implement best-in-class technology and processes.
