How cloud nonprofit accounting software helps to retain top talent

When the National Council of Nonprofits surveyed 1000 nonprofits about job vacancies in late 2021, more than three-quarters of respondents had vacancy rates above 10%, and roughly one in eight organizations had more than 30% of positions open. In the National Council of Nonprofits survey, some nonprofit leaders cited the “allure of remote work” as one reason they encountered difficulty attracting and retaining staff.
