Charlie Gladstone is an entrepreneur with 30 years’ experience operating small businesses. He is a retailer, festival owner, author, podcast host, property developer, charity board member and enthusiast. His businesses employ over 100 peopleand include The Good Life Society, the Hawarden Estate Farm Shop in North Wales, and Glen Dye Cabins and Cottages in Scotland.
He is the author of Do Team: How to get the best from everyone (Do Books, 2021) and The Family Guide to the Great Outdoors (Penguin Random House), co-authored with his wife Caroline. They have been married for over 30 years and together they have six adult children and three grandchildren.
