Sage Women in Technology series

Cindy is the Director of Competitive Intelligence and the Head of the Centre of Excellence for Competitive Intelligence for Sage's Global Cloud Solutions. Her team's goal is to stay ahead of the competition, provide strategy and feedback to the management teams on pricing, packaging, marketing activities, the product roadmap, and sales enablement activities.

Hannah is the Product Marketing Director for Sage People, our flagship HR and people management solution for mid-size organizations. Her team is global, so they work across the regions where Sage People is sold: the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. Her team manages and leads the go-to market strategies and activities for our product releases, new partnerships and any new product features.

Gaelle is the VP of Engineering for Sage X3 in the global organization. Technology has always been a passion for her. She wrote her first computer program when she was 10 years old. Her major in school was in materials engineering, her first main interest.

Kadija is IT Director of Sage in Europe and her job is to support our systems and applications in order to allow the Sage employees to be able to work in the best way possible. She is also a member of the Southern Europe Executive Board, and works closely with our executive management team to coordinate and deploy the IT strategy within the region.

Rea is a data product manager with Sage AI Labs in San Francisco. She works with a cross-functional team to develop features with and for different product teams within Sage that use AI and machine learning to help the customer.

Yodit is Senior Global Product Marketing Director at Sage. She has been at Sage for nearly nine years, and looks after our Sage Business Management Solutions, including Sage 100, Sage 200 and Sage 300 products. She is responsible for gathering global and regional customer and partner insights, and then taking those insights to help form product strategy and innovation.

Kerry is EVP of IT.  She looks after all of the IT around Sage, the IT that our colleagues use to do their job every day, as well as the infrastructure that our products for our customers run on. Kerry also references her additional role in Product Operations at the time of the interview.

Regina is Director of the ISV Team in North America. Her team is responsible for recruiting and managing Sage’s strategic ISVs in North America. She has been in the world of technology for most of her career, although she wanted to be an attorney during the early part of her career.

Amy is EVP Corporate Affairs at Sage. She explains why she had the best job in the world, looking after all of our internal and external communications across PR, public affairs, analyst relations, internal communications, and then also running a core, strategic events team. In the interview, she references her most recent role as EVP Communications.

Gill is the VP for Customers for Life at Sage People. She is responsible for all things customer. From the minute a customer signs, her team support implementation, training, learning services, customer support, and also the customer success journey.

Aoife is chief of staff to our Chief People Officer, Amanda Cusdin. She is also VP Org Design and Workplace Futures. These two accountabilities relate to the organisational structure at Sage, and how the future Sage workplace will help people to thrive, respectively.

Amanda's role is Chief People Officer of Sage globally. She looks after the people strategy and how Sage brings colleague success to life. She also has overall responsibility for  Sage Foundation, which is our philanthropic organisation.

Kristin Jeffcoat has worked at Sage for eight years, and  leads a global training operation for the Sage Intacct Product.  She helps our customers, partners, and colleagues thrive by training them how to use Sage Intacct. 

Rachel Seymour is based in the UK and works for the medium segment where she does two roles at the moment. She is Head of Product and Commercial, but she is overall VP of medium segment.

Nancy is the VP Partner Strategy and Sales at Sage. She has a team of about 90 colleagues who are collectively responsible for partner recruitment, partner enablement, partner management, partner sales, partner strategy, partner programmes, partner communications, and more. This impacts some 300 partners across North America.

Natasha is the Government & Strategic Relationships Director at Sage. Natasha leads public affairs in the comms function. She is responsible for handling our relationship with government, influencing policy development, and building networks with the decision-makers that impact our business.

Bex is Senior Director, Marketing for the Medium Segment in the United Kingdom and leads a team of talented marketeers who are laser focused on driving results for the business.

Joo is Director of Partner Programmes at Sage, who leads a team that manages our Sage North America partner programmes, partnership and compliance, and our partner communications areas.

Susana is Vice President of Digital Experiences at Sage, whose role is focused on digital experiences, including areas like: conversational artificial intelligence, mobile strategies, and helping Sage's customers digitise their businesses.
