Halloran Consulting was struggling with disjointed information across multiple systems which meant it didn’t have a unified view across its project-based business. Halloran Consulting has achieved remarkable gains in key metrics since adopting Sage Intacct. The firm increased profit by $4m after adopting a blended-rate consultant billing model, thanks to insights generated through Sage Intacct, while days sales outstanding dropped form 120 days to 68, opening $1m in new monthly cash flow.
