Utility Emergency Services Fund can now crunch the numbers with Sage Intacct

Public assistance nonprofit advances on its mission, using Sage software to gain financial management efficiency and inform strategic priorities

Paper-based processes leave finance team flapping

Utility Emergency Services Fund’s (USEF) critical work is funded through several sources, including grants from municipal, city, and Federal agencies, as well as for-profit utility companies, foundations, and individual donors. Relying heavily on paper-based processes, it was proving challenging for UESF to keep track of revenue and expenses for each separate fund.

Over the last year, our funding more than doubled to increase financial assistance for vulnerable Philadelphians.
