Using Sage to leverage growth

When MH&Co acquired a neighbouring practice as part of a growth strategy, the firm decided to explore the market for accounting software. With the new acquisition running Sage 50cloud Payroll, MH&Co had to find a way to combine disparate payroll solutions in an efficient, time and cost-effective way. They also wanted to ensure consistency across practices and operators.

Bringing success together with Sage Online Bureau

Having taken advice from their Sage Practice Success Manager, Chris Mason, MH&Co migrated its payroll clients onto Sage Online Bureau. Combining Sage 50cloud Payroll Bureau and Sage Online Bureau changed the way the firm operated. In light of the time and money saved, MH&Co added AutoEntry to the mix, which saved even more and reduced staff stress.

Three hundred payrolls and thousands of weekly payslips were now online, we think having Sage has saved us at least ten days per month on payroll alone.

The company now has a reputation for being efficient and technology-led, which allowed them to take on 80 new clients during the COVID-19 pandemic, despite lockdown.
