SDL connects a global workforce with Sage People

Having expanded globally, partly through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), SDL’s HR team was managing multiple offices in various countries and had inherited several legacy HR systems that could not be integrated. These were inefficient and resource-intensive. SDL wanted a single, consistent HR experience for all 3,000 employees, regardless of location. 

With Sage People in place, SDL’s HR teams now have time to focus on key business matters such as strategy and productivity. IT staff have been freed up in a similar way. The project has given SDL’s employees a clear picture of the overall company and created a sense of unity for its geographically diverse workforce.
